WANSecurity installed a Supermicro computer a couple of years ago and configured a Citrix OS running a Windows Small Business Server 2008 VM to serve our small office of 10 computers. For over 2 years, this system has performed well and we’ve had no problems.
However, one morning I got a text that our server was down. I couldn’t access the server by any of the usual means. At this point, I called WANSecurity and left a message.
